1. No Return Policy (Non-Returnable Products)

All our products — including Agate Coaster Stones, Carved Antique Stones, Chakra Color Décor Stones, Druzy Stones, Green Aventurine Décor Stones, and Meteorite-Style Stones — are 100% natural and unique, which means:

✔ Natural variations in color, shape, size, and texture
✔ Every product is unique and cannot be replaced with an identical piece

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is delivered.

2. Refund Policy (Only for Damaged or Wrong Product)

We offer refunds only if:

✔ The product arrives damaged

✔ You receive the wrong product

✔ A major defect occurs due to transit

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Process – Step by Step

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, follow these steps:

4. Conditions for Refund Approval

❌ Damage occurs due to misuse after delivery
❌ The customer dislikes natural imperfections
❌ Customer changes their mind after purchase
❌ No photos/videos provided as evidence

5. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order only before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
